Some context: After a 'mishap' in the town due to a science experiment gone rather wrong, and they need Jack to stand in as sheriff, he is being shown around this top secret facility, where they do oodles of really amazing ahead of everything science research. Allison is saying how the town has the best schools, the best this, the best that, and the best health care.
