Spent most of the afternoon driving around with my mate Craig. Picked him up from some mates of his in Catford (oddly enough near where Leora lives). Drove to look at wood flooring in Wandsworth and then up to Ealing to look at cars for him. Had lunch at about 4pm at Nando's. Guess its a factor of the rat race and big city living that the only way to see some of your mates is driving around for 3 hours together. Had a good chat though.
S E V I T Z D O T C O M is getting loads (for me anyway) of hits. I am quite proud of my little site that has grown from 41 hits per week 4 months ago to over 750 hits this week past. Its weird how, the more hits I get the more I want to blog and improve my site for those visiting. The more regular people I get coming, makes me feel really good about myself. Funnily only started getting lots of hits when Lexy ditched me and I started blogging about it. I used to hate diaries and journals. Never could keep them. But I love blogger. (Sounds like a promotional advert “I hate my diary, but I love my blogger”) Now I am addicted to it. Diaries never appealed to me because I would be the only one to read it, but blogging is different. The fact when I blog people read it lends the blog meaning. I enjoy blogging. I enjoy developing S E V I T Z D O T C O M. Its like painting for me. I can’t paint shit. I have no musical talent (and those who have heard me sing can attest to that). But S E V I T Z D O T C O M is like painting, or composing or creating something of myself. And it’s a thrill to have people interested in my life.
While I am going on about stats, so far 47 people have voted for me on my am I hot or not picture. I have scored out of 10 a whopping 9.4, and am apparently “hotter than 93% of men on this site!”. Major ego fucking boost. Yeah so its only a net thing, and means jack shit, but still. And I have noted that it’s the good picture of me from Cambridge with the shaved head. Am considering shaving my head again. Yeah I know I got out voted on my own poll, but I just don’t think the hair thing works for me. Especially with the glasses. Anyway, according to the net I am hot. Now I just wish the English girls would see that too.
Going out to the Pitcher and Piano in green park tonight. Meeting James and Nat there and Ari if he calls me back. Will probably take it easier on the booze however as I still have a mild headache from last night.
Oh and on a final note. Woo hee to the South African cricket team who are currently drilling Zimbabwe in the cricket.
