I had to write a job spec recently (Sunday, I'm so dedicated). I sent it to the candidate on Monday, and let the person know if they had any questions to please let me know. I got a series of smart and intelligent and good questions (shows the candidate is strong) this evening.
One of her comments won't surprise any regular reader of this blog or friend who knows me well.
And with regards to personal characteristics and other competencies, I had to chuckle at “Strong communication kills”
