Anna, I belive Kournikova only got famous after all those emails and websites promising “Naked Pictures - Anna Kournikova (really these are the real ones)”.
I don’t appear anywhere near the top 100 for ‘Matt’ or ‘Matthew’, but I’m number one for ‘Life Without Toast’, unsurprisingly. Is that cheating though?
If I Google my full name (using ‘Matt’ as a first name), I’m 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 5th. 1-3 are my employer and the 5th is LWT. If I use ‘Matthew’ I’m 1st, 2nd and 3rd. So it’s very for someone to find out about me, from the looks of things.
(Disclaimer: this is the only time I have Googled my name. I swear.)
I am ranked very very low for both my first name and my full name. Which is definitely a Good Thing. When I do appear, it’s not in relation to my site. Also a Good Thing. None of the sites I’m mentioned on is to do with work, all of them are to do with sport, one is to do with films.
I occasionally google myself not so much out of ego but more out of paranoia. It paid off because I found myself mentioned on some sites that I didn’t know about.

I have one or two famous namesakes, so I doubt I make the top 100. Which is fine by me.
18. Tom
Two famous namesakes? Dr Evil and Scott Evil by any chance?
