In a fairly random conversation with Green Fairy that went from this disturbing item of clothing packaging to men's abilities with bra hooks (mine is legendary unless endeavoured during 'romantic time' as opposed to simply annoying girls) to girls abilities (or lack there off) with mens button flies.
Being the engineer that I am, I explained the cause, the solution, and the workaround. Somebody shoot me!
The trick with button flies is that it's all aboutangelsangles. This is why it's really easy to do your own, but near impossible to do someone else's. Part of the problem is that you are always pulling (ah the pun I'm so funny) the wrong way. You tend to pull sideways when doing some one else's or vertically (i.e. towards yourself if say he was lying on his back and you where lying on top of him)The easiest way to do it is to come up behind someone and reach around while they are standing and do it as if it was your own. If circumstance don't afford you this positioning then you need to roll the hand on the hole bit so that you pull the hole em>up and then over each button. Use the other hand to pull the button bits straight up as this causes the buttons to bend downwards allowing the holes to slip over them easily.

Surely you just undo the top button slowly and then ‘rip’ the rest. Button flies are really easy to undo but very tricky to do up again (on someone else).

Jose, I suggest you purchase a pair of button-fly jeans and put this little theory to the test!
