I am writing this blog on the plane, so it wont get posted to tomorrow morning, but its being written at 10:10pm (London Time) sitting on Virgin Atlantic Flight 602 somewhere over the middle of Africa. I am bloody freezing. They seem to have the air con set to “Artic Winter� mode.

Digression tangent begin
There is some kid (like 5 or so) and his mom and he is swearing like I do. Every second word is fucking. Now I don’t mind if I swear or my mates do, but for a kid that young to be swearing really annoys me. I can see why Wade and Chan don’t want me to swear near Matt and I will make more effort to do so now since I can see how bad it is when a young kid starts talking like that

So I am freezing. And since I lost (as in accidentally left at Sydney airport security) my fleece, I am sitting in a heavy leather jacket shivering away. I just watched the crappiest move ever called S9 (about Brixton (the S9 London postcode) and drugs and stuff). The movie I wanted to watch (Spy Kids) wasn’t on. This is the second movie I wanted to watch that I couldn’t as Quantus also bugger one up.

Great, we just hit turbulence so I am starting to feel queasy.

I was right yesterday about lunch with Dad. It wasn’t just lunch, but also a chat as well. It was cool though. Found out that Dad reads my blogs (hi dad). It was a good lunch and good conversation.

Saturday night was Wade’s engagement party. Was really good and I’ll put up the photographs if this turbulence drops off and I don’t feel motion sick.

Lastly, I saw someone this morning. Had coffee and chatted for three and half hours. It was really good. Nothing else happened except chat (for several reasons) and a bit of playing with each other’s hands type thing (you know what I mean). Pity my timing is really bad and this would be a hard chicken to date (wrong country thing). But I really enjoyed myself. This is one seriously intelligent girl. And ambitious (although not totally sure what se wants to do). But we also have similar attitudes towards social life and stuff. I mean I know I have only seen her 3 times in 9 months and probably only about half a dozen hours alone, so I don’t know how we would really get along. But it would be nice to find out. There is a lot about her that is right for me. As I said she is incredibly smart, she is attractive, ambitious, my friends like her, doesn’t take shit, knows how to party, etc. I will have to wait till Feb to see if I see more of her we connect or what. In a way only seeing her every couple of months might be good, in that it could stop me fucking things up as I normally do. On the other hand one can’t have a decent relationship with someone geographically removed. Oh well we shall see. Stop back here in February.
